Sangria (for 20 persons)

  • Ingredients

3 vanilla beans

2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 bottle of soda

300g of sugar

1 small bottle of rhum or cointreau

1.5kg oranges

700g lemon

5L quite full-bodied red wine

  • Instructions

Prepare the Sangria at least 1 day before.

Step 1: Peel oranges and lemons (only half) and slice them. In a bog container, add the red wine, the sliced fruits, sugar, cinnamon and split              vanilla beans. Leave it in the fridge.

Step 2: Just before serving, add 0.5 very chilled soda bottle.

Step 3: Add other fresh fruits such as strawberries, peaches, bananas, grapes and so on..


New York Sour

  • Ingredients

60ml (2oz) whisky

1 tsp red  wine

1 tsp sugar

0.5 pressed lemon (juice)

  • Instructions

Pour whisky, lemon juice, sugar and redwine. Add some ice cubes.


Queen Charlotte

  • Ingredients

60ml (2oz) red wine

30ml (1oz) grenadine syrup

Lemon-lime soda

  • Instructions

Pour red wine and grenadine into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with lemon-lime soda, stir, and serve.


Nutty Bartender Cocktail

  • Ingredients

90ml (3oz) red wine

90ml (3 oz) white wine

90ml (3oz) ginger ale (e.g. Canadra Dry or Sprite)

45ml (1.5oz) vodka

45ml (1.5oz) amaretto

15ml (0.5oz) cognac

1 dash orange liquor (e.g. Cointreau, Grand Marnier)

  • Instructions

Pour the red and white wines, plus the ginger ale into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Add the vodka, the amaretto and the cognac. Shake gently. Pour into a glass half-filled with ice cubes. Top off with orange liqueur and serve.


California Martini

  • Ingredients

90ml (3oz) vodka

15ml (0.5oz) red wine

1 tbsp dark rum

4 dashes orange bitters

  • Instructions

Shake with cracked ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.


Burgundy Bishop

30ml (1oz) white rum

1 quarter of fresh pressed lemon (juice)

1 tsp sugar

Red wine

  • Instructions
Shake rum, juice of lemon, and sugar with ice and pour into a glass over ice cubes. Fill with red wine and stir. Decorate with various fresh fruits and serve.
